Payment & Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Clients agree to compensate Elite Edge VA at the chosen package rate on a strictly prepaid, non-refundable basis. While unused service hours never expire, they hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for refunds.

Invoices are due immediately, with a five-day grace period before a 5% monthly late fee applies.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited; the Client remains liable for all balances and collection fees during disputes. Breach of this Agreement resulting in termination voids any refund claims.

Clients shall reimburse all pre-approved third-party costs, such as postage. To secure payment, the Company holds a possessory lien on all work product and materials until all accounts are settled.
